The iTunes music store recently put up an essential playlist named Vancouver Pop (iTunes link). Some great bands are on there, like the New Pornographers and nearly every member of the New Pornographers solo. However there are some notable absences, like where is the Matthew Good Band, or even Matt Good solo?

We’ve got some classic Cub, we’vev got some 54:40 and that one damn Tal Bachman song that was a huge hit back when we were all younger and carefree. And hey look at the Odds, whatever happened to them?
