Seattle or bust X2

One of the nice things about having Seattle [mbs], Super Bowl Losers of 2006, so close to Vancouver is that anytime something particularly exciting is happening in our American twin city we can just take a short drive and check it out.

In the next month I’ll be going down to Vancouver-With-Guns for the New Pornographers / Belle & Sebastian show on March 25th.

On April 1st and 2nd I’ll be down again for the Fourth Annual Emerald City Comic Convention [eccc].

Any Seattle Metrobloggers [mbs] going to either of those events?

    I’m tempted by the comic convention. Lots of good writers and artists there, and the chance to see what Gigi Edgley looks like without makeup is not to be missed lightly.

    Can’t make the Belle & Sebastian show, but as far as I can tell, you should run into the entire staff of The Stranger and probably about half the other bloggers in town.

    Well the comic convention looks hot. I’m going to both days by myself, so I’ll be the one looking mopey.
