Two years ago, Roland Tanglao and Boris Mann and Richard Eriksson launched an ambitious project called Urban Vancouver. The first few posts announced such portentous events as the first Northern Voice conference, and Roland’s son Simon.

Today, the three founders are all multimillionaires with private yachts and servants and gold PowerBooks, and yet they still pretend to be just ordinary supersmart people leading ordinary Vancouver Internet entrepreneur lives. Or at least they ought to be rich.
