A bad place for a fight

A bad place for a fight

Please note the foot sticking out from between the Skytrain cars.
This was some sort of altercation between two gentlemen of the scruffy persuasion. Nobody was hurt, but before Skytrain resumed normal service about four police officers (New West PD, not Skycops, judging by the uniforms) had arrived on the train platform.
It was an interesting chance to see Skytrain’s failure modes on parade, if you’re a train-geek like me: there’s a few possible mechanisms, and I’m not sure which one was activated, but train wouldn’t move once these fellows ended up in the guideway, between the cars. Trains started stacking up behind the lead train, but at a respectful distance. The nearest one came to a complete stop a couple hundred feet outside of the station, and the next one was about as far behind that one, also stopped.
It didn’t take long to restart everything once the transit attendant got the combatants back on the station platform.
