Metroblogging Mumbai
With the attacks in India today a good source of on the ground news is Metroblogging’s Mumbai site [mbm]. It seems like it’s still incredibly confussing over there right now, as there’s different accounts of how many blasts there were, but it’s worth checking out.
They’ve also got a very handy list of contact numbers if you have anyone in Mumbai close to you that you can not get in touch with [mbm]. I’m sure I speak for everyone at Metroblogging Vancouver when I say our best wishes are with everyone in Mumbai right now.
Thanks for posting this. Hopefully, this tragedy will remind people that we are all one big community. Just because we’re half a world away doesn’t mean we can be complacent.
