Most people go and see this garden in the summer but it’s definitely pretty interesting to see during the winter as well. With things like “Yin Yang” Chinese painting by Leva Woo and Chinese ceramics by Robin Shaw to see (which ends on the 25th) and garden tours there’s still things to see.
The tours for the winter hours run at 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm and 3:00pm. Have you ever wondered what was behind those white walls?
Be sure to return come closer to Chinese New Year’s which is on February 18th this year. The celebrations will be spilling forth from Dr Sun Yat Sen’s garden and the surrounding Chinatown.
Absolutely one of my favorite places to be in Vancouver. Definitely worth seeing - more than once.
