Looking for a sushi shower curtain?

Funhauser Decor is a great little shop located in Chinatown that carries all kinds of kitschy and fun items. They have quite a selection of reproduction retro items like ashtrays and tiki mugs, artwork by local artists, books and magazines about tiki and retro Hawaiian items. It’s a great place to shop for some Day of the Dead pillows and Christmas wrapping paper with Arnold Schwarzenegger on it.

The guys that run the store are helpful and friendly and if you’re really into the whole tiki theme, they are very knowledgeable about where to find tapas fabrics and other bamboo items around town.

We’ve been slowly collecting a tiki mugs from their shop. Here’s how our collection looks at the moment:

Now you know where you can find a steak shaped bathroom mat and some skull-and-crossbones coasters.
