Thanks to Herbert’s post about the arrival of Kwik-E-Mart to Coquitlam [mbv], I was excited to go, as excited as I’d ever been to visit a 7-11 in fact. Though it’s located a fairways out of town, near where H&M is supposed to be arriving (my girlfriend pointed out), I figured it was worth a drive to see what was up.

When we got there last night, or rather this morning, it was still in the middle of its transformation from a 7-11 to a Kwik-E-Mart. Not quite the photographic opportunity I had been hoping for, but I pressed on anyway snapping pictures of nearly everything with Simpsons branding on it much to the horror of Lydia who hates my taking pictures of things in public.
