I do think the hour lineup is a bit of a exaggeration, depending I guess on when you get there and how many people you're with. The most I've ever waited was with a group of five, for about 40 minutes. Still I do try to plan my day around going, so I arrive early on and get a seat before the real dinner rush. I mean, I haven't been able to get a seat in the restaurant since it opened up, even though I live a few blocks away. (Of course having 3 young kids in the house does limit your flexibility somewhat.) If you are a twentysomething and can afford to wait one hour before sitting down, I'm sure you can get a seat.
