		<description>100% sure? No, but I know it can and is done with solvents - I just assumed the same thing here. Pressure wash could work, I just can picture how they keep the stencil flush with the surface (so water doesn&#039;t go under the edge and clean more than it&#039;s supposed to. Solvents and detergents, you have more control with, as you can lightly spray like paint stenciling.

Now I have to know for sure - time to bug Telus!</description>
