Thanks Herb for the reminder of an easily accessible local place to shop for great produce buys. Two EE's farm will again be one of my regular places to shop and support.

Ahh yes! Bruce's Country Market off 240th and Lougheed! They have freshly made crab cakes that are to die for and a nice deli. When we were little we would stop there to grab a quick snack at their deli on the way to fishing at Vedder or to Harrison hot springs.

If you hail from Surrey or Langley, you've probably hopped on the Albion ferry by foot and spent the afternoon walking along the north bank of the Fraser, finishing it off with some fresh produce at Bruce's. Great find!

If you're from Maple ridge, you've probably done the flip side of the trip which is to hop on the albion and walk (or bike ride) to Fort Langley for some ice cream.

If you haven't experienced either of the above, better take the family and do it soon. Once the Golden Ear's Bridge is up, the Albion... and hence these little day trips are gone.

Two E's is great. Another good place is Bruce's Country Market by the Albion Ferry in Maple Ridge. Nice fresh vegetables, and good fish as well.
